What an awesome, educational and delicious experience. Our Chef, Fabrizio was so gracious. This class was totally hands on and since returning home from our European trip, we have bought a pasta maker, presser and pasta cutters. With the recipes that Fabrizio gave us we are excited about preparing our meal for our family. I will never buy pasta at the store again!

Fun Cooking Class!

My husband and I took a cooking class here and it was great!! We booked it through Artviva. It was a small group (just us and one other man). We had a great time with our teacher Niccolo!! He taught us without overwhelming us! We made eggplant caprese, butter&sage ravioli, chicken cacciatore and tiramasu! It took about 3 hours which was the perfect time! After we finished making the food, we sat down with a bottle of wine and were served the meal we had made! It was a great experience and I wish we could have done a couple more to learn more!!

Our cooking experience this evening with Chef Niccolò, a native of Florence, was delightful and the food was delicious! He even taught us to make soufflés! Thank you Francisco for making our reservation! This class was a dream come true.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience of making eggplant, chicken, tiramisu, and ravioli. No cooking experience needed, just show up and have a great time.

Last Tuesday my dad, aunt and I had the pleasure of taking the four course dinner class - pollo alla cacciatora, ravioli di spinaci e ricotta and chocolate soufflé. It was our last night in Firenze and was a perfect way to end this part of our trip. Not only did we have a great time preparing our meal and then enjoying it in a lovely setting, but we also learned a few things, thanks to our charming instructor Walter. This will definitely be on the menu when we are home! Grazie mille! Please let me know when you come to Canada, I'll be the first to sign up! Michele

Great cooking class

Wife and I attended a cooking class in the November offseason, and it was wonderful! We learned valuable skills and information about Tuscan cuisine. We made Italian meatloaf, bruschetta, fresh pasta, and a simple tomato sauce. We also made panne cotta. We’ve since made several of the recipes at home and for friends and family. Highly recommend!

We’re currently on holiday from Australia and wanted to show our 16 year old daughter how to make pasta. My husband is a chef but was keen to learn Italian cooking. The class was so much fun and easy thanks to Chef Niccolini. We’re heading home to cook things right way now. Grazzi
