The lesson of Homemade Gelato is an opportunity to really understand how the authentic recipe of True Italian Gelato is built. With the assistance of the Maestro Gelataio participants can learn how to prepare 2 flavors, a Ice Cream with Milk Base ( Crema, Pistachio, Chocolate, ….) and a Water Based Fruit Sorbet ( Strawberry, Melon, Lemon,…) Once completed this lesson you can enjoy the ice cream prepared by you. This lesson lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes c.a.

This class is scheduled every Thursday and Saturday from March to October at 10:00am.
Lessons are in English, Spanish and Italian.
The minimum age of participants is 5 years.

- Security policy Covid: Social distancing, face mask, hand gloves, sanitation, temperature control, both for staff and participants
- This lesson includes: mono-use apron, bottled water, prepared ice cream recipes.
