You will learn the secrets of making excellent Italian fresh pasta, a staple in Italian culture from our Homemade Pasta class. In this group lesson you will learn how to make a fresh egg pasta and fresh water pasta, three sauces, and dessert. This course is followed by a lunch of the prepared dishes in our wine cellar. The lesson duration is approximately 3 hours including the lunch.

Fresh egg pasta: Potato tortelli/ Fresh water pasta: tagliatelle
Sauces: Tomato/ mushroom/ olive oil, garlic, and pepperoncini
Dessert: Panna cotta
